I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Indigo Denver Downtown. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my early check-in, which was a lifesaver since a family member wasn't feeling well. The room was clean, had a great view, and the hotel was well-located near Union Station and other attractions. However, I found the bed a bit firm for my taste, and I wish the dining options were more varied, with a greater breakfast selection to start the day.

Rooms
8.0
The room was clean and modern, featuring nice decor and a beautiful view of Coors Field. However, I found the bed a bit stiff for my preference, which impacted my overall comfort.
Service
10.0
The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Tashina, who made my early check-in possible. Their friendly demeanor really enhanced my stay.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location was perfect, right across from Union Station and close to local attractions. I loved having easy access to shops and restaurants nearby.
Dining
8.0
Dining at the on-site restaurant Ambler was enjoyable, albeit the breakfast options were limited. I fell in love with the biscuit sandwich, but I would've appreciated more variety.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel provided modern and clean facilities, but I felt there could have been more food options available on-site, especially since dining options can be crowded nearby.

I had such a lovely stay at Hotel Indigo Denver Downtown - Union Station. The location is perfect for exploring the city without a car, as I could easily walk to various attractions like Coors Field. The rooms have a trendy modern vibe, and I really appreciated the comfortable bed, though I did wish there was a microwave. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would happily repeat.

Rooms
9.0
The room was stylishly designed with a comfortable mattress and a spacious bathroom. The AC worked efficiently during the hot weather. However, I found the lack of a microwave a bit disappointing.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to address my needs, from room requests to providing extra supplies. Their engagement made my stay feel special, especially with the cute dog in the lobby!
Location

The hotel is amazingly positioned next to Union Station, making it easy to access public transport and local attractions. I could walk to everything I wanted to see in downtown Denver.
Dining
8.0
Though I enjoyed the breakfast options and found the dining atmosphere pleasant, I did realize that the breakfast wasn’t a buffet format, which slowed things down.

The hotel offers great amenities, including a marketplace for snacks and complimentary water service. I enjoyed the cozy lobby atmosphere and the availability of board games as well.

7.2/10

My stay at Hotel Indigo Denver Downtown had its highlights, particularly the friendly front desk staff and the convenient location near Union Station. but I faced issues with the room design and maintenance that marred the experience. The barn door on my bathroom was not only poorly designed but also a privacy concern. Though the dining options varied in quality, the breakfast was a standout. Overall, the hotel's service and location were great, yet the room issues were significant enough to make me hesitant about returning.

Rooms
5.0
The room design was disappointing, especially with the barn door that lacked privacy and functionality. Maintenance issues with the air conditioning and plumbing added to my frustration during the stay.
Service
6.0
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which eased some frustrations. However, the service during check-out felt abrasive and unwelcoming, contrasting with my check-in experience.
Location
8.0
Being just a block away from Union Station made it easy to explore downtown Denver. The neighborhood is lively, close to grocery stores and attractions like Coors Field, which was a significant advantage.
Dining
7.0
While the dinner experience was disappointing due to the watered-down drinks and small portions, breakfast was excellent with generous servings and attentive service. This inconsistency was a letdown.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel amenities were decent, but I missed having a pool and there were several maintenance issues that were concerning. The market for snacks and drinks was convenient, though.

5.6/10

My stay at Hotel Indigo was largely enjoyable due to its excellent location near Union Station, which made exploring downtown Denver easy. The staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to accommodate requests and provide directions. However, while the lobby and dining areas were inviting, I did find my room to be smaller than expected, with limited storage space only exacerbated by a noisy heating system.

Rooms
7.0
The room was cozy but on the smaller side, with limited space to store clothing due to a tiny closet. It did have comfortable beds and USB ports at the desks, though heating was a bit loud at times.
Service
10.0
The service from the front desk staff was really good, always friendly and willing to help, even going so far as to lend me a stapler. They truly made the stay more pleasant despite the minor inconveniences.
Location
9.0
The hotel's proximity to Union Station is a major highlight, making it easy to access various attractions within walking distance, including restaurants and shops. It's also right next to the bus station for further exploration.
Dining
8.0
Dining at the in-house restaurant was a pleasant experience. I appreciated the quality food offered, though I found the breakfast options limited and wished there were more choices beyond the brunch on weekends.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel provided solid facilities like valet parking and a small in-lobby microwave for guest use. However, the absence of a microwave in the room itself was a drawback.

5.2/10

My stay at Hotel Indigo was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, just a block from Union Station, making it super convenient for getting around. However, I faced some service challenges, especially with a delayed room check-in that left me waiting longer than expected. The staff were friendly, but the overall responsiveness could have been better.

Rooms
7.0
The room was clean and had a modern design, though the air conditioning was unusually loud and not cooling effectively. Overall, it was a comfy space, and I enjoyed the unique bathroom features.
Service
6.0
While the staff were welcoming and made efforts to assist, I experienced delays during check-in that were less than ideal. One staff member did try to help with the parking situation, which I appreciated.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is one of its strong suits. Being close to public transport and major attractions in downtown Denver made exploring the area very convenient.
Dining
7.0
I didn't get to try the restaurant during my stay, but the marketplace was a handy option for snacks and drinks, especially after a long travel day.
Facilities
7.0
The amenities were decent with helpful services like valet parking and room service. However, I missed having a pool to cool off in during the hot weather.
